Welcome to your Self-Care Sunday.

What does it look like to love yourself in a world that stresses both our physical and emotional beings? How do we equip ourselves with tools to break free from the chains of unworthiness and shame to embrace the power of our individual identities?

This workshop will share the frameworks available to start your journey in redefining self-love. We will then build upon these frameworks in a guided writing workshop to map a foundation of goals and intentions to support your vision. Pause, step away from your everyday routines, and join us in creating your self-love roadmap.

Come prepared to learn, let go of expectations, and write—all in a safe space with community.

Talking about sex and pleasure can feel intimidating, but it doesn't have to.

Join The Cosmos x O.school for a "Pleasure 101" course. As a community we will overcome shame, heal from trauma, and develop skills to communicate and set boundaries in the pursuit of your sexual pleasure.

Andrea Barrica

Founder of O.school

Andrea Barrica envisions a world in which everyone has autonomy over their own body and pleasure. That’s why she started O.school, where she streams as a Pleasure Professional in addition to being the CEO. Previously, Andrea co-founded YC-backed accounting and tax platform, inDinero.com, where she led sales and operations. She also served as a venture partner and entrepreneur-in-residence at 500 Startups, one of the world’s most active, global seed funds. Now, she’s bringing her tech and business skills to something she cares deeply about: creating access to high-quality, inclusive, trauma-informed, pleasure-centered sex education.

KNOWLEDGE IS POWER.

Knowledge is power, and we have the right to pleasure. While we may not have grown up with open conversation about sex and pleasure, we can change the culture of shame and intimidation around sex by creating spaces to talk openly. This workshop is for you if have questions about health, sex toys, oral sex, sex-positive culture, consent, period sex, sex after trauma, or LGBTQ sex and culture, orgasms, and more.

why attend? here from a member of the community

"I think I speak for more than myself, but I had felt such a loneliness and alienation for not having people in my life to have conversations as candid as we did. It's such a relief not to feel that way anymore because I feel like I suddenly have sisters I had never before."
